今回は3月の『就活サロン』のイベントレポートです！
就活サロンは、学生さんの希望に合わせてテーマや日程を決めていくイベント。
3月は下記の2日程2テーマで開催しました。
- 2021年3月19日（金）14:00～16:00【学生同士の情報交換＆スタッフへの質問座談会】
- 2021年3月22日（月）14:00～16:00【集団面接練習会】
今月が最終回の就活サロンでした。

3月19日開催 学生同士の情報交換＆スタッフへの質問座談会

学生さん3名にご参加いただき、《学生同士の情報交換＆スタッフへの質問座談会》を開催しました。
3月1日の就活解禁直後ということで、2022年卒の学生さんたちの【選考中の企業の進捗】や【就活の進め方】などが話題の中心でした。
また2023年卒の2年生の方にもご参加いただき、先輩に【就活準備の仕方】や【SNSの活用（企業に見られるの？）】などの率直な質問をされているのが印象的でした。
学校や学年、就活状況が違うからこそお互いに新しい情報を得られていたと思います。
和気あいあいとした雰囲気で私（祝原）も楽しんで参加させてもらいました！
3月22日開催 集団面接練習会
就活サロン最終回は《集団面接練習会》。
2名の学生さんにご参加いただき、実戦形式で練習を行いました。
実際に動画を撮影してフィードバックを行い、話の内容だけでなく話し方や姿勢、表情などもチェック。
上記写真は動画のスクリーンショットで、ピントが私（景山）の頭にきていますが…笑
話す内容を事前に書いて準備する方も多いですが、書き言葉と話し言葉は違います。
座談会でお会いする企業さんと話をしていると、取り繕った話よりも自然な話し方は好印象を抱くと仰っていました。
また書いた時は違和感がなくても実際に話してみると長いということも多いです。
一度自分の口に出して話して確認することも大事ですね！
