以前もブログにアップしました『職場見学ツアー』ですが、先日2021年2月16日も開催しました。
おそらく2021年度最後の職場見学ツアーの様子をお伝えします。
職場見学ツアーってどんなイベント？

職場見学ツアーは1日に3社企業さんをまわり、1社あたり1時間～1時間半程度、職場見学を行うイベントです。
気軽に企業さんの会社の雰囲気・働く様子などを見ることができたり、今まで知らなかった業界や仕事についての理解が深まったりするため、参加された学生さんからは好評をいただいています。

今年2回目のBコースでしたが、就活解禁直前の忙しい時期ということもあり日程が合わず、以下の2社にお伺いさせていただきました。

- 岡山トヨタ自動車株式会社 さん
(1) 長瀬石油株式会社 さん
朝イチでまずお伺いしたのは、長瀬石油株式会社さん。
矢津店をお伺いし、店長さんにセブンイレブンを案内していただきました。
普段入ることのできないバックヤードにもお邪魔させていただき、なかなか見れない裏側を見ることができました。
その後移動して長瀬社長・採用担当の吉田さんとの座談会。
社長さんが直接対応してくださる、ということで学生さんは緊張していらっしゃいましたが、熱心にメモを取りながら話を聞いてくれていました。
店舗集客のイベントや新規事業など、お仕事の話もたくさん伺いましたが、最後に「エネオスとエネジェットの違い」も伺いました。
その後の移動中は「エネオスだ！」「こっちはエネジェットだ！」という声が学生さんからあがっており、また一つ世界が広がったな～という瞬間を垣間見れて私も嬉しかったです。笑

次に向かったのは、岡山トヨタ自動車さん。
まずは本社にて業界・会社のご説明を採用担当の太田さんよりしていただきました。
お話がとても分かりやすくて、業界理解が深まりました…！
その後レクサス岡山店さんに移動して店舗見学。
高級感あふれる店内の空気やスタッフの方々の立ち姿に「かっこいい！」という学生さんの声も。
なんと運転席に乗せていただき、貴重な経験をさせていただきました！（ちゃっかり私も乗せていただきました…笑）
学生さんたちの輝く顔が印象的でしたね。

Bコースは今年度2回目の実施でしたが、毎年・毎回異なる見学をさせていただくので、私たちも勉強になりますし、お忙しいところお時間を割いていただき、ありがたみをひしひしと感じています。
