「気になる企業はあったけど、実際どんな雰囲気なんだろう？」
就活が本格化する前にそんな風に思ったら、会社訪問を依頼してみましょう。
会社訪問は「社内の雰囲気を直接見られる」「質問しやすい」といったメリットがたくさん。
勇気を出して踏み出した一歩で企業理解がぐっと深まりますよ！
そもそも会社訪問って何？
会社訪問は企業に直接足を運んで、企業理解を深める方法の一つ。
採用募集の掲載がない企業でも良い人材がいれば採用を検討する場合があるため、勇気はいりますが効果的なアプローチです。

会社訪問は以下の五つの流れに沿って進めていきましょう。
- 企業検索
- 問い合わせ
- 事前準備
- 訪問当日
- お礼
(1) 企業検索
まずは参加してみたい企業を探してみましょう。

◆探しやすいのは就職ナビサイト
最もポピュラーな企業を検索する方法。
企業のホームページにリンクが貼られていることも多く、事前に両方見ておくと良いです。
◆検索エンジンも活用！
検索エンジンに興味のある企業のキーワードを打ち込むと、ナビサイトに掲載のない企業がヒットする可能性があります。
(2)問い合わせ
企業に会社訪問の依頼とアポイント（日程調整）を行います。
この作業が一番緊張する瞬間・・・情報誌には問い合わせについて詳しくまとめているのでそちらも合わせてチェックしてみてくださいね。

◆手段は電話かメールがベスト！
早いレスポンスを望むなら電話で連絡しましょう。
企業にとっても直接声を聞くことで事前に学生の様子が分かるため、安心できます。
◆訪問の可否は相手の都合を優先！
企業側の時間をいただくという意識を持っておきましょう。
また電話をかける際も、朝一番や昼休憩中、終業間近の時間は避けましょう。
電話連絡の仕方
- 名乗る（学校名・名前）
- 担当者の方につないでもらう
- 用件を伝える（現在就活生で、会社訪問希望である旨）
- 可能な日時を伝える
- 質問があれば尋ねる（持ち物・場所など）
(3)事前準備
きちんと企業理解を深めて準備しておくと当日安心ですし、企業さんに良い印象を与えることができます。
当日訪問する場所は？
訪問場所までのアクセス・交通手段は必ずチェックし、時間に余裕を持って動きましょう。
その他、不安なことがあればメールか電話で事前に確認をしておきましょう。

- スーツ（シワ・ほつれ・汚れがないか確認しましょう）
- リクルートバッグ（A4の資料が入るものが望ましいです）
- メモ帳・筆記用具（派手でないものを選びましょう）
- 質問事項（聞きたいことを何点かまとめておきましょう）
(4)訪問当日
実際に訪問する時はビジネスマナーを意識しましょう。
今後の就活（説明会や面接など）や社会人になっても役立ちます。

◆会社訪問の際に気を付けること
- 時間厳守（数分でも遅れる場合は、早めに必ず電話で伝えましょう）
- 笑顔・挨拶（明るく、大きな声で、ハキハキと心掛けましょう）
- メモを取る（聞いた話はメモしましょう！積極性も見られています）
- 名刺をいただく（訪問後のお礼のためにいただいておきましょう）
出されたものは感謝していただく
会社訪問では、お茶やお菓子を出していただけることがあります。
手を付けないのは逆に失礼にあたるため、一言お礼を伝えてありがたくいただきましょう。
(5)お礼
お礼状を出すと印象はグッとアップします。
メールでもいいですが、志望度の高い企業は手書きで送るとより気持ちが伝わりますね。

◆お礼はメールより手紙
メールはすぐに遅れるという利点がありますが、葉書や便箋を用いたお礼状は、より感謝の気持ちが伝わります。
◆気持ちを込めて、早めにお礼をする
貴重な時間を取ってくださったことに対する感謝の気持ちを込めて書きましょう。
早さが重要なので、必ず当日か翌日には投函しましょう。
お礼状を書く時の注意点
修正テープはNGです！
間違えた時のために、葉書や便箋は多めに準備しておきましょう。
企業の宛名は、個人宛は「様」を、団体名で送る際は「御中」を用いて書きましょう。
字は上手下手よりも丁寧に書くことが大事です。
筆圧を少し強めで書くと丁寧に見えます。
