2019年も残り1週間ちょっと。「来年からはいよいよ就活が始まる…！」とドキドキしている方も多いのではないでしょうか？
多くの学生さんが就活を意識し始めるのがこの年末年始だと思います。
ODL就活Caféにも、年末年始に来られる学生さんが多いような印象を持っています。
そんな12月20日（金）に就活交流会を開催しました！
就活交流会は、先輩に就活体験談が聞けるイベントです。
比較的参加しやすいイベントなので、初参加の方が多いのが特徴ですね。
就活交流会は11月にも1回開催していますので、そちらのイベントレポートも合わせてご覧ください。
今回の参加学生とゲスト紹介
今回は満席に近い11名の学生さんにご参加いただきました。
ご参加いただいた学生さんの大学は以下の通りです。
- 岡山大学
- 岡山商科大学
- 就実大学
- ノートルダム清心女子大学
- 福山市立大学
お友だちを誘って一緒に参加される方が多かったです。
3年生だけでなく、2年生の方も3名来てくださいました！
一方、4年生の先輩については、4名お越しいただきました。
- 岡山理科大学4回生男性（製造業内定）
- 就実大学4回生男性（自動車販売業／人事系 内定）
- 岡山理科大学4回生女性（サービス業内定）
- ノートルダム清心女子大学4回生女性（製造業／事務系 内定）
ODL就活Caféには毎年70名ほどの登録学生がいるのですが、その中でも定期的にODL就活Caféを活用してくれて、無事内定が決まった学生さんを毎年お呼びしています。
後輩の質問と先輩の回答を一挙公開！
今回は人数が多いこともあり、一つ一つの質問に端的に答えていただきました。
一部ですが、それぞれの質問と、それに対する先輩の回答をご紹介しますね。
今から最初にすることは？
後々必要になるエントリーシートを書いたり、インターンシップ・合同説明会・就活イベントに参加したりしていました。
2年生のうちにできることは？
自己分析は早めに取り組んで、幅広く会社を調べていってほしいです。
また単位はきちんと取って今のうちにしっかり遊ぶことも大切です。
就活にどれくらい時間をかけましたか？
ピークは4月で、自分は7月に終わりました。
どれくらい時間をかけるかは人によるので、目標設定を個人でしておくと良いです。
どのくらい企業を受けましたか？
人によりますが、エントリーは100社、説明会参加は20～30社、選考参加は10～15社くらいでした。
早めにやっておいて良かったこと、やれば良かったことは？
インターンシップに早めに行ったことで、企業や自分自身を知れて自身が付いたのが良かったです。
また、スケジュール管理はもっと早くやっておけば良かったなと思っています。
インターンシップで学んだことは？
社員がどんな心意気で働いているのかを知ることができました。
また目的を持ってインターンシップに参加することで必ず何か得るものがあると思います。
3月（就活解禁）からどんな生活を送っていましたか？
3月の解禁直後は合同説明会が多くて忙しかったです。
自分は就活で県外に行くことが多かったので、ついでに旅行をしてリフレッシュしていました。
志望業界は最初から絞っていましたか？
あらかじめ決めていたけど、途中でそれが崩れました。
就活をしながら定めていくのも良いと思っています。
交通費はどうしていましたか？
バスや電車（青春18きっぷ）を利用してできるだけ安く抑えるようにしていました。
説明会では交通費が出ない場合が多いですが、選考だと企業が負担してくれる場合もあります。
就活の基軸は？
プライベートも充実させたかったので、休日日数の最低ラインを決めて見ていました。
また、働く人を見て雰囲気も重視するようにしていました。
グループディスカッションで緊張するのですが、どうしていましたか？
猫をかぶって臨むと入社してからがしんどいので、ありのままの姿で良いと思います。
初対面の人と仲良くなるには、共通点探しをするのがおすすめです。
参加学生の感想
2～3年生
- 実際に悩んでいることについて先輩方からお話を聞くことができて良かったです。
- かなり困っていた時期なのでとても助かりました。
- 人数が少なめなので質問がしやすかったです。
- 先輩の体験談を聞いたり自分の気になっていたことを質問できたりしたので、とてもたくさん学べて良かったです。
- 友だちに誘われて参加しましたが、就活に向けて役立つ話をたくさん聞けて良かったです。
- 具体的に何月にどんなことをしたなど聞けたのでイメージしやすかったです。
- 先輩の就活に関する生の声を細かいことまで聞けて、今後の就活の参考になりました。
- 遠方へ就活をしに行く時の交通費節約の方法や自己分析の上手なやり方、内定を勝ち取るためにすべきことなど、就活において役立つことがたくさん聞けてとても良かったです。
4年生の先輩の感想と応援メッセージ
- ちょうど1年前に交流会に参加して、今日先輩としてお呼びいただいてとても感慨深いものがありました。私自身、精神的にも体力的にも自分を追い詰めてしまったので、後輩には今の時期からコツコツと始めて、充実した就活を送ってほしいなと思います。
- 自分の経験を活かしてありのままでお伝えしましたが、一つでも参考になれば光栄です。自分が一番「輝ける」場所を探してください。
- 就活中に得たものを思いだすことができて、私も初心に戻ることができました。自分のペースで、一人で悩まず、楽しんで就活できますように！
- 就活生の意識の高さや不安を感じました。後輩の方々には、精一杯就職活動を頑張ってもらいたいです。

今年度の就活交流会は一旦終了しましたが、今後も就活を頑張る学生さんを応援するイベントをたくさん行っています！
