今回取材させていただいた社員さんは、iプラニングKOHWAの企画営業室に所属される方です。一日の仕事スケジュールや、就職してから苦労したことなど、様々な体験談を聞かせて頂きました。中でも特に印象的だったのは、社員さんとお客さんの考えの違いからトラブルが発生してしまったという「失敗談」でした。しかし、ミスをしてしまった場合でも、それをいかに乗り越え、成長して行くのか、ということの方が大切なのだと学びました。

午後に取材を受けて下さった大学四年生の先輩からは、内定までのプロセスや、「就職活動でやっておいてよかったこと、やっておけばよかったこと」などをお話頂きました。三年生の二月から本格的な就職活動を開始された先輩は、希望していた業界の会社になかなか内定をもらえず、焦りを感じた時期があったそうです。しかし、「自分がやりたいこと」と、「自分に出来ること」は違うと考え、改めて自分を見つめなおした結果、内定を頂けたそうです。
お二人のお話から、しっかり自分と向き合うことが就職活動において最も大切だということを学びました。社会人、就職活動の先輩方に、直接お話をうかがうことができ、本当に良かったです。
