こんにちは。今回記事を書かせていただきます。インターンシップ生の伊藤です。
今回の取材は株式会社アァル技研さんの社員さんに、お話を聞かせていただけるということで、製造業に興味のある私にとって大変興味のある内容で、取材に同行することが待ち遠しかったです。
目標は金型設計士
今回の取材させていただいた社員さんは、韓国から結婚を機に日本に来られて、株式会社アァル技研に就職されました。それまで韓国では派遣が主な仕事で正社員になられたのはこれが初めてだそうでした。
「目標は金型設計士」そう言われた社員さんは、韓国にいる時から物造りが好きで、今好きなことに目標を持って仕事をやれていると語っていたその姿は、自分もこうなりたいと思わせるものがありました。
就職してもただ働くだけでなく、目標をもって仕事をやれることは、自分の人生を楽しいものに変えていくのではないかと考えました。
今回は株式会社アァル技研の社長さんのご厚意で社内見学までさせて貰い、とても貴重な経験が出来たと思います。
この体験は自分の就活で活きる！そう思えるインターンシップでした。
