6月30日（土）に、岡山県・岡山県中小企業団体中央会が主催する、2020年卒の学生さんを対象としたインターンシップ合同説明会「インターンシップマッチングフェア」に参加してきました！今回のブログはその様子をお伝えします。
岡山県でインターンシップマッチングフェアが開催されたのは今年で2年目。私たちも2回目の参加となりました。ODL就活Caféの代表である堀江と、私 景山は別の仕事のため参加できなかったため、長野・祝原の2名で参加してきました。
今回は、岡山県内の企業42社が参加し、学生さんの参加はおおよそ200名。講師の方によるセミナー、全企業の1分間PRを経て、学生さんが興味のある企業のブースに足を運ぶ、という流れでした。
ODLのブースには昨年以上の学生さんが来てくださいました！
昨年は、15名の学生さんがODLのブースに立ち寄ってくれたのですが、今年は全18名の学生さんに足を運んでいただきました！私たちからは、（株）オーディーエルの事業内容やODL就活Caféのこと、インターンシップ内容についてお話しさせていただきました。
ありがたいことに、開始から終了までひっきりなしに学生さんが訪れてくれて本当に嬉しかったです。途中椅子が足りなくなるという嬉しいハプニングも…！
印象としては、私服で参加できるということで友達同士で気軽に参加していた学生さんが多かったような気がします。ただ、岡山県内では今年度初の合同のインターンシップ説明会だったこともあり、緊張している様子が伺えました。それでもしっかり熱心に話を聞いてくださり、嬉しく思います。
インターンシップ受付は7月25日（水）まで！
今回のマッチングフェアは、あくまで「合同説明会」。時間も限られており、こちらから一方的にお話しさせていただく場でした。ODLでは、後日、単独のインターンシップ説明会を開催いたします。
マッチングフェアに参加してくれた学生さんもほとんどが単独説明会に申し込んでくれており、説明会では私たちもまた学生さんにお会いできるのが楽しみです。
インターンシップキャンパスウェブからの申し込みは、7月25日（水）で締め切ります。マッチングフェアに参加していない学生さんでも、興味がある方はぜひお申し込みください。
