今朝、学生さんから「内定を頂きました！」という喜ばしい連絡がありました。学生さんたちが頑張る様子を間近で見ていただけに朝から嬉しい気持ちになりました。

ただ、売り手市場の今日、内定が出る時期も早まっていると言えます。昨年は、6社受けて5社内定をもらったという学生さんもいました。

就活のゴールは人それぞれだと思いますが、今内定を持っている学生さんは「本当にその会社で働きたいのか」を
考えてみてください。決して楽とは言えない就活、早く終わりたい気持ちも十分分かりますが、「本当に働きたい」と思えた企業からの内定をゴールにしてほしいものです。

本日連絡のあった学生さんは、これから本命に向けて準備していくとのこと。まだ内定をもらっていない、という方も、これから説明会や選考が始まる企業さんもたくさんあるので、まだまだ焦る必要はありません。引き続き私たちも応援していきます🍀
