内面から外面を変える！印象の良い就活生になるための秘訣～就活茶話会～

3月に入り、遂に就活が始まりましたね！合同説明会や個別説明会に就活生のみなさんは毎日大忙しかと思います。しっかり息抜きをしながら、頑張ってくださいね！

さて、昨日は久しぶりの就活茶話会が行われました！今回の茶話会は、初めての学生さんが3名も（しかも3名とも1～2年生！）参加してくれました。

3月を迎えて就活が本格化している時期ですから、先輩の様子を見て「就活準備しなきゃ！」と考える1～2年生の学生さんが増えているのかもしれません。

印象の良い就活生になるためのポイント

さて、今回の茶話会のレクチャーテーマは「印象の良い就活生になるためのポイント」

メラビアンの法則を聞いたことある方は多いと思います。話し手が聞き手に与える印象は、非言語コミュニケーションだけで9割以上を占めるという説ですね。つまり、表情・仕草・姿勢・話し方・声のトーンなどがとても重要になってきます。

これらが好印象な人は、就職活動において、「この仕事がしたい！」といった明確なビジョンを持っている学生さんが多いです。

自分のしたいこと、好きなことを語っていると自然と笑顔が出てイキイキし、声のトーンも上がります。逆に、自信がなく、迷いがあると、それはどうしても表情や声、姿勢に出てしまうのです。

人は外見から与える印象が強いと言いますが、その外見は内面の「自分の思い」からぐっと磨くことができます。就活を進めていく上で、自分の目指す方向を見つけていきたいですね。

1～3年生が入り混じった就活イベントはODL就活Caféならではです。

また、その後の質問・悩み相談タイムでは以下のような質問があがりました。

  • 1年生の今から就活に向けてできることは？
  • リクルートスーツは黒じゃないといけないの？
  • 就活ではメイクはどうしたらいいの？
  • 履歴書を書くのが苦手

1～3年生が入り混じって様々な質問や悩みが飛び交い、新鮮な茶話会となりました。

今回の茶話会が、3年生の学生さんにとっては、就活の息抜きになり、1～2年生の学生さんにとっては、就活を考えてみるきっかけとなっていたら嬉しいなと思います＾＾参加してくださったみなさん、ありがとうございました！
