さて、先週末2月24日（土）には、株式会社アァル技研さんの緩やか座談会を開催いたしました。アァル技研さんは今回が座談会初登場なので、簡単に企業さんのことをご説明します。
アァル技研さんは、津山市に本社をかまえる、金型の設計から製作を担っている企業さんです。金型とは、その名の通り、金属製の型のことで、自動車部品や医療機器部品など、私たちの身近なモノの製作のスタート地点となる存在です。
アァル技研製の金型は日本のみならず、世界各国で重宝され、まさに「Made in Japan」の誇りを持ってお仕事をされています。今回は、アァル技研さんの行本常務にお越しいただき、金型のことや社風のこと、趣味の話で盛り上がりました＾＾
どんな要望にも「NO」と言わないこと
印象的だったお話はたくさんあるのですが、「ムリと言う前にできる方法を考えよう」というお言葉が印象的でした。アァル技研さんの大切にしている姿勢の中に「どんな要望にも『NO』と言わないこと」があります。その姿勢こそが、今世界中から認められている金型づくりの原点だということを知ることができました。
また、モノづくりというと「職人」「匠」のイメージが湧く方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、アァル技研さんの平均年齢はなんと33歳！女性スタッフや、文系学部の新卒の方もいらっしゃるそうで、社員さんの具体的なエピソードもお聞きできたので、社内の雰囲気も感じられることができたと思います。
終了時には「あっという間だね」と企業さん・学生さんともに口を揃えて言ってくださいました。それほど濃く、貴重な時間を過ごせたと思います。私も勉強になり、楽しかったです◎
