昨日開催した茶話会で興味深いお話がありましたので、みなさんに共有させてください♪

就活茶話会に来てくれたのはやりたいことを見直す方法を知りたいという理由からでした。しみじみしてしまったのは、今の時期の学生さん、あるいはこれから3月に向けて就活と向き合う学生さんたちの中で、こういった方たちは本当に多いのではないかな、ということ。
「やりたいことがわからない」の他に、「ずっと思っていたものが違っていて、考え直したいがやり方が分からない」「決めては見たけどあってるのか不安」などなど、「やりたいこと」に関わる悩みは千差万別だと思いますが、そのどれもが大事な自分事です。
それでも不安だからと考えること、調べることから目をそらさず、こうやって私たちのところに来てもらえたからこそ、私たちからも
解決の糸口を伝えることができるんだとありがたく、改めて感謝をしました。
やりたい仕事を見つける方法
ちなみに、堀江からその学生さんにお伝えした解決方法は大きく下記の三つ。
- 自分が何をしている時に夢中になれているか
- 自分が社会人になってイキイキ働いているイメージはどんなシチュエーションか
を思いつくまま全て書き出すこと。そして、
- ナビで企業の情報をさらい、興味を持ったものに全てブックマークをつける→関心の傾向を知る
とのことです。上二つは書き出すことが目的なので、できるかできないかはここでは気にせず、とにかく自由に書くべし！とのこと。10月の茶話会では、これに近いワークもできたらと思っています！
